Two production lines, one confirmed process

AIHEHUA has produced custom baseball jerseys and matching uniform bags in Qingdao, China since 2015. Every order runs through the same checked sequence below, from pattern cutting through inspection and packing.

Two customized production lines

Our production floor supports approximately 1,000 pieces per day across two customized lines, sized for bulk team, club, and distributor orders.

From pattern to package

The four-step production path

Each step is checked against the confirmed order specification before moving to the next stage.

    Pattern & Cutting

    Pattern pieces are nested and cut against the confirmed order specification before moving to the sewing line.

  2. 2

    Sewing

    Cut panels are assembled on our production lines, with two customized lines supporting an output of approximately 1,000 pieces per day.

  3. 3

    Finishing & Decoration

    Technician heat-pressing numbers and lettering onto a jersey panel

    Embroidery, heat-transfer numbering, and other decoration are applied and checked against the approved sample before packing.

  4. 4

    Inspection & Packing

    Finished pieces are checked against the confirmed pre-production sample and order specification, then packed for shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
